Dynamics 365 Marketing Rebranded
In September 2023, Microsoft made significant changes to the former Dynamics 365 Marketing application. Here’s what happened:
- The Dynamics 365 Marketing application was renamed to Customer Insights – Journeys.
- The former Customer Insights application was renamed to Customer Insights – Data.
- Both of these applications are now sold together under a single product SKU called Customer Insights.

Activate Auditing in Dynamics 365
Auditing can be enabled By navigating to Settings -> Customizations -> Select the Entity for which you would like to enable auditing . Enable the below options as shown in the diagram .
